What is the standard shipping time for electronics?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
Do my electronic devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all hardware purchased through Cloudflare includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Are international power adapters included with my purchase?
All products ship with the standard power adapter for the region of the shipping address. Universal adapters are sold separately in our accessories department.
How can I track my package once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's real-time tracking portal.
